This thing is great, very convenient and easy to use as it just dispenses into any cup instead of a huge bottle. Only complaint is there isn't any sugar variants of the flavour pods.

I love the machine but no flavors are in stock.. ever. Not here, not at the store. I like the seltzer flavors and they are not available. They drop new, strong flavors but where the heck are the seltzers? My whole family loves Raspberry and it is gone. So yeah, I give it 1 star because what is the point if we can never find flavors. And those new strong flavors? Also barely available. I am sad.

Bought a new unit in May of 2024 and by August I had to get a replacement because no matter which side I used for the flavor pods, nothing would work.  Four months later and I'm running into the same issue.  As great as this product is when it works, there's a legit design flaw.  The syrup from the pods is getting sucked back into the lines and causing a blockage with the line that pushes air into the pod to distribute the syrup into the carbonated water.  There's no point in getting a second replacement as I've found this happens more often than not.  Great idea with some poor design.

Great When Working But Flawed Design

I have purchased two ninja thirsti machines. The first one lasted for about 100 drinks before it stopped dispersing the flavoring. We tried to clean it and follow online advice but nothing worked. I purchased another one and it too stopped working after making maybe 30 drinks - same problem! We even purchased new flavor pods to ensure they weren't the issue. The machines were kept clean and we removed the flavor pods when not in use. Pretty sad that this seems to be a common issue.

Doesn't Work For Long…

I love this drink system, BUT there is definitely a defect in the machines ability to dispense flavour after a while.  We are on our 2nd system (1st was replaced under warranty for the same reason). Even with brand new pods, a clean machine... The system eventually fails and stops dispensing flavour. I'm torn on replacing it yet again because my kids and I love the fact we don't need to fill extra bottles and can just dispense right into a glass, instead of buying pop and juice.  

The defect is something that definitely needs to be addressed. Either by extending the warranty period longer, or changing the design.
