I bought this game in January 2011 for my daughter who is only 6. She loves it. It's been half a year but she knows it inside and out. So far everything is working just fine. I bought the bundle with 2 games of my choice and I paid $179 plus shipping and tax which got me to $202. Now I'm trying to buy one more console for my other daughter and I see that the price went up to $199 and you only get one game. I guess i'll be waiting for some Christmas deals. All in all we are very happy with the purchase. My daughter doesn't get bored and we get some quiet time. They have a lot of educational games that you can purchase and the kids actually learn something while they play. My husband is crazy for Jeopardy, Sudoku and Chess so it's always a battle who plays with the dsi.

Best purchase I ever made!

Wish they would have came out with this a couple years ago before I wasted my money on a ds lite. My daughter is in heaven with this thing and it is definitely worth the purchase. She loves the camera on it and all of the special effects you can do not to mention the already installed educational games. Hubby even likes it and wants to buy his own.

DSi XL

Very nice game system that I bought for my 14 year old girl. She recieved all "A"s on her last report card. She is extremely happy with it, and says that the battery last a long time before having to recharge it.

Very Nice - Good Price

The product came when expected and does a lot more than we thought it would. My 10 yr old daughter has figured it out mostly on her own and would play it all day if we let her!

I gave it 4 stars, because I think the life of the battery could last longer... I bought this for myself, female-32 years old, so when I go to the gym I'm occupied. It really has helped me to stay focused at the gym.

The DSI XL is definitely awesome!

I bought the DS and in the first week of using it i couldn't play for more than 5 minutes because it was turning off automatically, i dont know if the battery was not working but it was impossible to play.

defective

Don't buy this. It is not the American copy. It is the Japanese copy! And also, the picture was not as shown. It was not Burgundy, it was Brown/Black!

I was under the impression that this was not refurbished. No where did it state that. It didn't come as pictured. It came with the console and cord. I will be returning the product

DSI games can't find and it's old and it cost to much to buy, I was hoping it was a good buy but it wasn't

They advertise as new but it is used. Came with bottom screen and case scratched. Just hope when I give it to my son it will work.
