Fast and Easy purchase

I have always loved Nintendo products and this is no exception. Also, having access to the old games is also great. The new mario Kart is really great. I recommend it for those who love Nintendo.

Always so much fun

Nintendo

Everything you want, all in one package. Excellent value in comparison to other sites. Would definitely recommend this product.

GREAT VALUE FOR ALL- IN-ONE!

Wonderful product my daughter was very happy Christmas morning. Easy to set up and was playing games right away. Very fast delivery as well.

Thumbs up

Bought as a gift for my son, he loves it.

Great!

Adrds

Love the variety offered with the product but you only find out when you recieve and start to set up the switch that you have to down load the games it took about 2 hours to get the system up and running. Good graphics %26 loafs of fun though. and the small switch unit is small so it doesn't take up much space at all. I was frustrated by the delays in delivery of the product with no explanation why.

mixed feelings, Happy %26 frustrated.

Ordering online was a pain in the butt. There was way to much clicking and back and forth on the website. I was never offered the warranty you can purchase on electronics, so here's hoping it works when it's opened at Christmas.

No warranty offered

Very disappointing customer service. My 7 year old son bought this bundle with his own money that he's been saving from birthdays and allowance. I went online to download Mario Kart and it wasn't showing as being part of the bundle. I did a bit of research online to try and troubleshoot, and it appears this is not an uncommon issue. I ended up contacting Nintendo customer service, and they asked me for the bar code on the box, which unfortunately my partner had already thrown out. We were also supposed to receive a free year membership to Nintendo online, but there was no membership card in the box. In fact, the only thing in the box was the console, controllers, and accessories. No instructions on setup or downloads. Nintendo's response was that there was nothing they could do without the box. For a company that is supposed to be family oriented, this is super shady. Yet another example of a corporation squeezing every bit of money possible out of the middle class. I expected better from Nintendo.

Shady
