It works pretty good! Its in a good shape! The battery life is not the best but since we use it more in the tv its all good ! The controller's battery life is good !!

works well but i had to wait about two weeks till I actually got it because it went from Walmart to UPS to USPS so, for future buyers please don't buy this without looking at a brand new one!!!

i like that i got the console for a lot less than what id pay brand new however .... whoever did the refurbishment did not check their work, the back kickstand doesnt close all the way and the docking station charges but doesnt work when  i tried to show the screen on my tv

The company that sent my Nintendo switch out didn't unlock the parental control on it it was locked from pervious owner, the left Joycon only works when it is on the console, can't play with it other wise. I had to buy new joy cons for the console. I could of just bought a new one for the price I had to pay to unlock the console from parental control and new joy cons.

Poor remanufacturing

attachments fit roughly, did not come in box as advertised but rather in a big box rattling around smashing into one another. no instructions just basic packaging at best not even bubble wrap. would not recommend, this was a bday gift and don't have another week to wait ina return so now I have to make due. crap seller

Refurbished products should be clearly labeled in the title and main description.  It did say that it was refurbished, however it was in a secondary link.  This type of advertising is disingenuous and should not be allowed by Walmart.ca

I highly don't recommend buying from the seller I will send a video game that did not work and as a trusted seller for Walmart, that should not ever happen.

I just got it now the deck doesn't wanna work. I cannot hook it to my TV and I can't get a refund. It takes two or three weeks to get a refund when I just want a replacement.

WHEN MY SONS PLUGGED THE DEVICE AND WAITED FOR IT TO CHARGE AS SOON AS THEY PULLED IT OUT TO PLAY THE CHARGER BROKE  THE DEVICE IS GOOD THE CHARGERS STINK AND THEY CANNOT USE THEM  I ORDERED NEW CHARGERS FROM AMAZON BUT THEY HAVE TO WAIT AND I HAD TO SPEND EXTRA  MONEY ON CHRISTMAS DAY THAT I DID NOT HAVE   VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.. WAITING TO HEAR FROM SELLER

the console itself was dead, not reset, full of the previous users gunk, and had a crack on the screen. refurbished should be clean and in new working condition. it charged originally but stopped at 70% and wouldn't show a picture on the tv. It came in a box, and everything was in zip loc bags, not protected, no guide, or directions. I'd like to return it for sure.
