The rainbow LED collar has worked very well so far (about 3/4 weeks). I'll update if any concerns arise. I did cut the length of the collar to fit over his head/ears for easy put-on and removal but not so loose that it falls off easily. This prevents the collars connection point from stretching-out over time as they tend to do. I was a little put-off that a recharge cable wasn't included with the collar but found that the cable from an older Samsung (Galaxy s4) phone works perfectly and charges the collar from a USB port on the computer. It's great how the colors change and move around the collar.

Great products to illuminate your dog at night

I love the visibility this collar gives our dog on her night walk, plus it's so cute in Disco mode!! However, I didn't understand about sizing, so I ordered the mini for our 19# corgi. It gets lost in her fur! I like it so much I'm reordering in the regular and will share the mini with a neighbor.

There are several features I love about this product!  1 - you can easily cut the NiteHowl Mini Rechargeable LED Safety Necklace - Disc-O-Select to the appropriate size for your dog.  2 - it's rechargeable.  3 - you can choose from a variety of settings.  4 - I love the Worry Free Guarantee (I've never had to use it but I love knowing the company stands by it's products).  5 - it's lightweight so dogs don't even know they are wearing it.  6 - I can wear it to amusement parks!   I'm a dog trainer and give these out as graduation gifts for my advanced adult class and the pet parents love it!  I share all the things I love about it and the other Nite Ize products I use nightly with my dog.  Pet parents have returned and shared what they've bought as well!

what I love about Nite Ize

Just a month in use - so far very, very good.  Very bright and visible, easy on and off. Seems well made.  THE REAL TEST will come this spring and summer when our border collie is in and out of our irrigation ditches every day.  Hope they handle the exposure to water.  ALSO--we had 10 degrees and they still worked good.  Hope that holds for our below zero temps. in the winter.  Thinking optimistically!   At this point in our experience we would recommend purchase!

BARKINGLY WONDERFUL

Note Howl LED collar

A great addition. Previously, I used a lighted globe below my dog's collar, leading to period when he was unobservable (since he blocked the light) and now I can see him almost every moment he's walking. Makes hiking in the desert much more enjoyable.

This is a great collar for my black dogs out in the yard at night! I'd had a non rechargeable model and the batteries lasted a long time but were expensive. So I tried these. I love the different color options so I know what running blur is what dog. I do wish it had some way to determine the battery level. I hate to recharge it too often, so I'm afraid it will just run out of juice when my dogs are outside. A battery level indicator would make it 5 stars for me (I wish I could do 4 1/2...!)

Though generally works well,  The rubber tube seems to pop out of its connector far too easily.  I let my dogs run at night sometimes n my yard.  But I don't have a fence.  So it doesn't help when the lights came apart and is laying on the ground

Only reason for 4 stars is because the charge port cover is loose and not attached to the necklace. It was lost after my dog's first time wearing and now I'm afraid of it getting wet.

Aside from that, it's AMAZING. The most vibrant and bright colored light. He can't hide from us even if he wanted to.

SUPER Visible!

This necklace was so fabulous! It was bright and it illuminated beautifully. I could see her clearly in the woods, through the window, from inside the warm house. Then it fell off and I couldn't find it in the snow.  I had only used it for about three months. So disappointed! It does not come with a charger.
