I've had it at least three years now and I let the battery die and tucked it away. Found it's feet and put in new batteries today but was disappointed when it wouldn't stay on. So GLAD I found where you said to reset by holding down button 15 seconds, cause I'd disassembled it all and couldn't find a fix. Now my bug works perfectly again, Thanks!

The buglit is a great little light and so versatile.. it's little legs easily wrap around so many things, so it can go anywhere! I did have an issue, when I was changing the battery, the back clasp broke. I reached out to customer service and they responded right away and are sending a replacement. I highly recommend! Great product, bright light and fabulous customer service!!

Great little light

Have had a bug for years and finally had to replace batteries. Was seriously disappointed when the light would no longer stay on. Found this website and read where other people had the same issue and your response on how to fix... Hooray!!!!! Works like brand new.... Love your products...... My dog does now too!!

Great info for resetting after battery replacement

I love my bug lite and when I changed the batteries I was disappointed to find that is was stuck in momentary mode.  I came to the website to buy a new one and read the review response about holding the button for 15 seconds to reset.  Very happy to have it back in operation!

Battery Change information is essential

My son and I both have one of these little lights - they are great. Just replaced the batteries in one and didn't remember about resetting it, was able to look up information on line and everything is working once again. Great Product ! would definitely recommend to others

I'm impressed with the packaging around this versitale lil led. I just purchased this today and I'm reading the instructions to take it out of signal mode. My light won't stay on by itself.

Great Concept

After you change the batteries it won't stay on unless you hold down the button. The whole point of this product is it holds itself in place so you can do things with both free hands rather than holding a flashlight. Buy a headlamp instead.
