I love this product and have just upgraded to the Orbiter. I question why Nite-ize doesn't put 2 metal round plates in the package. It only comes with one. Most of us upgrade our phones at some point and having a spare one makes sense. Plus a lot of us are married and need a second one to apply to our partners phone. This just makes marketing sense. I ordered this and was hoping it came with 2 since but does not. Still a great product!

I bought the orbiter kit w/magnet. Wow! Excellent product. Well build, got some weight to it. I have had mine for 4+ years and have used one other phone holder. This is THE best one, I don't even look for other products. This is perfect. This is just one of those products you buy and go "Man, this thing is so simple, just awesome. I saw some mentions of the glue not holding out, try Krazy glue. That is great stuff and will not unglue.

Best thing for Phones in cars!

I read in here where someone had a hard time with the 3M adhesive.... I have bought 4 of these now, it is the only system I will buy.  The adhesive has worked flawlessly for me on all surfaces I have mounted it on up to this point.  I do use the alcohol pad they supply you with to clean the surface

Been buying same product for years!

I have a phone holder in each car. Husband didn't want one , but I put one in when we drove a long trip. He realized how nice it was to have the phone were you could see it as he drove. Last phone clip died. He asked for a new one. He likes this one better. Says it is easy to use and holds his phone better.

He needed a new phone holder.

Product is an improvement over the old window attachment product. This one is very easy to use. The squeeze clips to attach the phone make sense and are much improved over the older version. I use it every day and it is simple and easy to clip my phone into the bracket. Release is just as easy, just squeeze the clips and its out.

Steelie Squeeze Clamp

I've owned the predecessor to the Squeeze clamp that worked okay, but not nearly as well as the Squeeze action.  I have replaced both of my previous models with the Squeeze Clamp model.  The clamp action is easy to use and adjust my phone up or down as needed.  It securely holds my phone.  I have no issue recommending it.

Steelie Squeeze Clamp holder works great

I have 2 of the mounts that adhere with the 3M tape.  One car has a black interior dashboard. I loose adhesion once that begins to heat up with the summer heat. I did exactly as instructed to mount and it will not stay on the surface. Any ideas?

3 M Adhesive Tape

I have an older mount.  It seems that the socket diameter is smaller than the older ball I have.  This means the rubber (silicone) insert does not have the optimal contact area on the ball.  This causes "droop" or slow position changes when driving especially over a bumpy road.  I was considering putting a bead of silicone over the current insert.  Also, the release levers are a little too short, but then again I have a big phone; a Samsung Galaxy S-21 Ultra 5g in a Samsung factory case with the pen holder on the side.  

That all said, I am very happy with the setup and the fact replacement parts are available.

Review of Steelie Squeeze Clamp

The clamp holds the phone securely. However the magnet does not hold the clamp in an upright position. Every slight bump in the road droops phone downwards such that the display of the phone on angle where the display is in readable. This is the second Steelie I have tried. I my opinion this design is worthless. I wish I could have my money back. Don't buy this. It is a waste of money.
