No More Heroes (NMH) should be in contention for game of the year. The main protaginist of the game Travis Touchdown is a low life scumbag who just happens to be the most enjoyable main character in a game since Mario.
Travel around Santa Destroy fighting with your beam saber, doing odd jobs like mowing the lawn and watching video tapes of old wrestling matches.
The games sense of humor is what makes it enjoyable and some of the boss fights are very challenging. I would recommend this game for anyone looking for a game about absolute chaos. I would not recommend this game for children because of the mature content (adult talk) and violence (lots of it).

Look no more

This is game is one of the Must buys for the Wii. This is another execellent example that the Wii covers all bases when it comes to gamers. For those who say the Wii is for kids, are sadly mistaken and this game is a perfect example of a great mature Rated game! Clever use of the controler to decapitate adversaries, comedic twist, fun dialog, and a engaging world make this a must buy. Wii is truly for everyone!!!!

Bein an Assasin is fun on the Wii!

If you're a fan of action games with style then No More Heroes is for you. I simply bought this game due to the hype and art style and hoped for the best. Well, I haven't been disappointed in the least.

The Wiimote is responsive when needed for ingame actions. The graphics, while not the best I've ever seen, definitely stand up well compared to other Wii titles, and comeon, isn't it gameplay that makes the game?

The violence is very over-the-top. I've heard it refered to by other reviewers as, "an 8 bit Kill Bill." The action in the game is broken up by minigames you participate in to gain money for your character to take on level bosses.

In short, if you have a Wii, like action games with style, and appreciate movies like Kill Bill in some way, shape, or form, there's no need to read anymore. Buy this game. You won't regret it!!

No need to hesitate

Despite what may look like a game only getting its kicks from violence there is actually deep game play here that will make you want to play through this game again and again! Well written story line and interesting side missions makes this game a must have along with the combat system which is solid and fun. The game also let you choose the difficulty so no need to worry if you don't think you are the best gamer out there.

More fun then expected!

Look No More! That awesome game you've been looking for the Wii has finally arrived! In No More Heroes You play as Travis Touchdown, a deadly, otaku assassin, who is ranked 11th by the UAA (the United Assassin's Association). His goal? to become number one. Along the way he'll face some of the most unique enemies since Mario. This Game is full of humor(adult humor, but humor none the less), and the story is definitely impossible to predict. I've had this game a few weeks now and I've played through it twice now, and I'm still loving it. In a market over-saturated with baby simulators, and my little pony style games, No More Heroes stands out.

No More Boring!

This game is one of the few adult titles on the wii and I have to say that isn't the reason it's so great. The dialog, the game play and the overall addictiveness of it is what makes it great.
The game has a good cell shaded look which really suits it well and implements the motion controls well without feeling forced. Plus you get to fight with a lightsaber.
all in all, if you own a Wii this is a definite must have game.
if it is not the best game out this year for the Wii. It is definitely in the top two.

One of the best

Looking for a hack & slash with funny dialogue and goofy interactions? This may be your game. You play as a guy named Travis Touchdown who is a registered assassin whose only goal is to be #1.

This goal has a pretty simple recipe.
Take on a job whether it is assassination or some third-rate job like collecting coconuts, get some upgrades, take on the next ranking mission, repeat.

The fighting in this game is really fun and isn't ruined by the wii controls at all. The swinging is not dependent on the responsiveness of the wiimote, but instead you use the [A] button to hit enemies and use the wii-mote (or nunchuck) to land the last dealing blow.

I highly recommend that all Wii owners looking for some action give this game a chance.

P.S. If you do decide to pick this game up make sure you don't do the "sweet" difficulty. You're going to want a challenge right?

Challenging and (ridiculously) humorous

Great game for "Gamers" it has so many funny moments and great uses for the Wiimote. If you enjoy games at all, and don't consider yourself "casual", Get this game! Awsome. Hands down the best actual Game on the Nintendo Wii!

Suda 51 is my Hero!

It really is a great game the ranking battles are very fun and creative. The game is only for 18 and up people though.

Great Game

this has to be one of the strangest most random games I have ever played. From saving your game process in the toilet to the random odd jobs ,like mowin lawns.
I wouldn't get this game for anyone under 18!

Don't like it,..not user friendly,..guess I'm spoiled by Quantum of Solstace,..Godfather, and of course cal of duty,..this game is at best, ridiculous! Makes no sense.

Much more xpectations
