This is essentially costume jewelry, of the same kind you can find for $10- $20. The build quality and appearance is much cheaper than it looks in pictures. However, the design is unique enough that it is still worth the price.

Bought this as a gift for my 10 year old goddaughter who is a HUGE Harry Potter fan. She loved the item and knew what it was right away. It was smaller and cheaper looking than I expected, especially for the price. I don't think she will actually wear the necklace for fear of it breaking.  It made my goddaughter's day so it is all that matters.
