I purchase this for a gift to a friend because I had one and loved it.  Food doesn't stick to it and cooking steaks or other meat cooks with a browning affect not found in other cookware,  I would highly recommend Copper Chef.  The only draw back is being able to buy the lids to fit the pans separate.  Please do not cut into the pan with a knife or other sharp objects it will destroy the finish...then items will stick.

At the beginning the skillet is awesome however within a year it no longer holds up and there will be sticking and if you put it on a high heat then the bottom of the skillet will burn and become black.

Throw away skillet after 6  to 12 months.

awesome pan but it starts to burn the middle in 3-months and is warped beyond use within 6mo. to bad too- this is the third i have had to buy

After a few months of use pan sticks and discolors, looks dirty all the time. Would not buy or recommend.

not worth the price

Had this pan for 1.5 years.  Within the first three months the coating is gone, everything sticks and its warped.  We kept using it with the aid of cooking spray.  A couple of days ago the metal ring on the bottom fell off.  Notice the uneven marks on the ring due to the warping.

It was a rough couple of years with this pan.

In less than 6 months pan is rendered useless. Something happens to the clear coating and EVERYTHING sticks, literally burned on. I never went over 6 on my range, so overheating was not the issue. Contacted the company and they said to mail it to them and send them a check for $9.95, that plus shipping cost comes to about what I paid for the item.

Avoid at all cost!!
