Ease Of Cleaning

This griddle works well on our gas stovetop. It is a little shorter than some griddles, but works for our needs. The short little handles aren't really useful, as they get very hot...so we have to use  an oven mitt to move it when needed...but it's fine. It is very non-stick on top, which is great - definitely the pan I recommend for pancakes!...and seems like it will hold up well. Sometimes things will stick to the bottom and kind of stain it, but it's not too bad...and no one ever really sees that side.

This is the second one I've bought. I liked this one even better than the first one. We live in an RV and we use it to cook bacon on our Blackstone. Love it

Nordic Ware

I used my stove to prepare sausage, bacon, eggs, and pancakes on the griddle. I did have to use an oven mitt and turn the griddle to get even heat distribution because the back burner is smaller than the front, but that's not a deal breaker. The surface is nonstick, but you can add oil or butter if you would like. The griddle is lightweight, easy to clean, and easy to use. I am happy with the purchase.

Great Griddle

I use it for bacon and grilled sandwuches on my stovetop. I like that it's non stick. I had one just like it that lasted for about 10 years. I was careful about what utensils I used and I didn't stack other metal pans on top of it.

Great 2 burner pan,  with or w/o oil/butter.  I had one for many years,  I think I probably overheated it so I replaced it with a new one.  Also let it cool before you clean it.

Nice pan

Its a great size to make upto 8 grilled cheese sandwiches!  Well built and not too heavy. Heats up quickly and non stick surface is great.  Fits on two burners perfectly.

Great large griddle!

Only fit on one burner of my camping stove but will likely fit two on my home stove. Other than that no complaints

this griddle although well made and durable does not work well on an electric rangeas advertised.

Griddle was not level, kept turning and had to be held down to flip the food. I followed the instructions about the heat.
