this is the best brownie pan I have ever owned in my entire life! they don't stick at all and the lid keeps them fresh all week. definitely recommend this!

Very sturdy pan. The pan is deep enough to hold cake from a boxed mix and still have clearance to add frosting. Great size for brownies and cornbread, too. The lid is a convenient feature ... no more plastic wrap sticking to the frosting. It has gotten so hard to find sturdy pans without any coating. I'm loyal to the Nordic Ware brand because their pans last forever and they are made in the US.

Buy the Best and Use It Forever

I looked and looked in the stores for an aluminum 9 x 9 pan with a cover and couldn't find it .  The aluminum pans hold up so much better.   Those with other finishes get scratches from utensils and look nasty.  I've had a 9 x 9 aluminum pan for years, so when my daughter had this on her Christmas wish list, I knew what kind of pan I wanted to purchase for her.  I finally found it online and ordered it from Walmart.  Quick service and no shipping fees!

Just what I wanted

First off, I'm a fan of Nordic Ware. Sometimes a recipe calls for a 9 inch pan so that was my reason for getting it. It also came with the plastic lid for it. You can bake and then easily store. What's not to love!

Great quality.  Great price. Just the right size!

The only thing to dislike about these pans are the fact that the lids do not snap on securely, they simply sit on top. If you plan to transport these in your car, be forewarned that the lids are not secure!

Only negative is the lid does not snap on securely %26 is a bit loose. When carrying contents to another location, I used plastic wrap to completely wrap lid %26 pan to keep it from sliding off in transit.  It was disappointing to discover the lid not fitting well when the product is otherwise very good quality.  Seems like a design flaw.Lid

Good medium weight aluminum pan with deep sides for cakes, cobblers, bread pudding, etc. 
My only issue is dark mottled discoloration when using the pan filled with water (for bread pudding water bath.) It came off with aluminum polish, but too a bit of work.
