I like that it doesn't have a coating on the surface. I just threw a good pan away because the coating started peeling of,   and it wasn't even that old! It was hardly used.

Nordic Ware Naturals 9" x 13" Rectangular Cake Pan with Storage Lid, I am happy that I found this cake pan.  It's  the pan that is heavy but not so heavy that you can't carry when full.  I love it!  It's made well.  Nice and shiny.

Happy with Nordicware pans! So far so good. Even cooking, handwash well, no stains or discoloring and lightweight. Have an assortment now.

This is a great thick and sturdy baking pan. High quality and a great price. I love that is came with a cover.

Great quality

Nordic Ware is great! I'm not using a sharp knife to slice anything. Hopefully it maintains its beauty. The lid is great for storing pan in and to seal baked items a few days. Easy cleanup.

If you bake, you already know about Nordicware quality. It's unmatched. If you don't know, take my advice, their bakeware is the best money can buy.

If You Bake,  Buy This!

The baking pan is a nice size; however, the top is not very secure. It doesn't fit tightly enough causing baked desserts to go stake very quickly. I didn't feel like having to go through the process of returning it for a replacement because the replacement probably has the same issue. The pan bakes well enough. Just doesn't keep baked goods air tight.

The lid is not secure, it simply sits on top but does not securely click into place. if you are transporting these in your vehicle beforewarned that the lid will not stay in place. I'm not sure what the purpose of having a lid that just sits on top does as it isn't airtight and is basically worthless. The pain itself is awesome though.

The inner dimensions of this pan are actually 7 3/4 inches by 11 inches, hardly 9 x 13".  I wouldn't trust a recipe to turn out accurately in this pan, so I returned it.
As others have said, the lid isn't tight, either.

The lid feels loosely and isn't tight at all!! Only reason why I bought it's my other one was getting old but the lid fits great on that.
