Can cook evenly, but may require specific batch sizes.

This is amazing.  It looks nice, cooks well (raised), but also cleans really REALLY easy.  I've used it a few times already and I follow the instructions:

Do not exceed 400F. ( this is fine just cook a little longer) to protect the nonstick coating and materials.  400 is now my cap for most of my cookingware).

Let it cool, then I soak it for a couple min (leaving the rack in but don't soak the rack.  I wash with warm soapy water the rack, and then use a soft brush on any gunk (no need to go aggressive), and it cleans like new!!

A new staple in my kitchen!

I love cooking bacon in the oven with this pan. I would suggest spraying the rack with non-stick spray.

I've made a chicken but didn't have the plate to cook it. My delivery was made in the same hour, so I have nothing bad to say… but… we'll see with the Time.

A great tray which has been very useful to cook hot dogs and chicken. Bottom part catches nicely any fat.

Have used pan a couple times. Works well and easy clean up if the directions are followed. Would recommend.

Good pan. As described.

It's great but just a bit too small. I keep forgetting to line the bottom with foil, but should be easy to clean once i remeber to do that. Every package of bacon has at least two pieces that will NOT fit. So, throw them away or double to cookimg time.  The rack, but not the pan, is made in China, which i did not care for.

Worth it, but will buy a bigger one once available

Pan works perfect for what I was needing. Decent quality and I was able to add it to my grocery pickup order, which saved me having to make a special trip into the store.

Perfect pan for bbq

Love this product! Too bad it came dented, but it was still usable so I didn't return it. I've done wings on it and it's great! No need to flip during cooking. Only thing is the juices really cook to the bottom and it takes a good soak to loosen everything up.

Great product if you like fat free crispy food

While this oven bacon rack produces perfectly cooked bacon, the clean-up is awful.  It is impossible to get the rack clean.  It is a constant issue trying to get the rack free of bacon drippings and small pieces of bacon that sticks.  I tried soaking the rack, wiping it first with a paper towel, and finally contacted Nordicware.  They recommended using Dawn Powerwash Spray.  Alas, that didn't work either.  I really dislike using the rack without being able to get it fully clean after each use.  I spend too much time trying to clean this pan.  I'll be searching for soemthing else.
