Very disappointing.
The dies that make the shapes are too thin and warp after a few cookies. After 2-3 nice shapes you get uneven blobs per die.
The plunger allows dough to squeeze back behind it in the tube. It probably needs to be thicker.
Norpro seems to be cutting corners on materials.
I would not recommend it for even a single usage.
