I have been canning for years and years, my main crop growing are tomatoes for sauce, salsa and soup. I used a food mill for years but Im over 50 now and wanted it easier on me so I ordered this after reading reviews and I am so glad I did. Saves me so much time, just as much physical work but saves time. My kitchen counter is tapered so it does tend to move when using it but I love it.
