This is not my first of these knives. I recommended because not only does it cut around the fruit but you can cut the middle slices.

Exactly what I wanted

This is the greatest knife for grapefruit.  Separates each segment as well as the fruit from the peel.  Very satisfied.

Love the grapefruit knife.  Makes dividing the sections so easy.

The two blades to cut around two membranes at once are great! The opposite-side blade to cut around the outside just seems like an extra bonus. Great bang for the buck. And these came nice and sharp!

Love the double blades!

Great innovation to separate the individual pieces of the grapefruit.  The curved portion we had when I was a kid 70 years ago, but the separation of the individual pieces was always a pain so the instrument for separation of the pieces  reduces the pain.   However, it works best on normal size fruit - smaller fruit have less distinct divisions.

the knife blade to cut the center parts has 2 blades which in actual use make a mess. I would rather cut twice than use this.
