Necessary for your canning needs

I used it for plumes. It strained all the juices out and separated the peelings. It worked just great. It's great for juices and syrups. When cleaning the strainer, I had to get a toothpick to get the stuff out of the tip, that wouldn't go through the hole.

4 stars because it is a bulky item %26 can be awkward to store %26 the wooden dowel is rounded on the end, i think the design would be more efficient if it was more pointed to reach the tip of the cone when juicing

Also the handle it's too small and it doesn't flow with the strainer maybe with another fruit or vegetable will be easier but for what I needed it wasn't the best
