My 10 year old granddaughter loves this snow cone machine! Says it's one of the best gifts she's ever gotten. Shaves the crushed ice cubes in a matter of seconds. She literally uses it several times a day!! Would highly recommend this product!

So much fun! Yes, it's a little bit noisy but I expected that. It isn't quite as noisy if the ice is a little melted, as suggested in the instructions. It does not slide around on the counter while doing it's job and makes wonderful fluffy little snow cones. I'm having a blast with it!

You hve to slightly melt the ice to use it. Not like the old one we had. Very inconvenient.

Extremely loud and shakes off the counter

I had to return from day one it was not working properly!! It would shave the ice and than stop after a couple of minutes. But now after having it for a couple days it does not turn on at all.
