not mych to say, it's just organic castor oil. By nature, it is thick and rather sticky, so it doesn't spread well. It has the characteristic scent of castor oil. It's not unpleasant, and it does dissipate. It is  the new anti aging thing. I have been using it under my eyes for wrinkles and  puffiness. I haven't seen any difference.

These work great for constipation!!!!! Takes a little while before you see the results, about a week. I replaced my pharmacy medication with Castor oil.... No side effects.  BUY CASTOR OIL FOR CONSTPATION!!!

NOW Castor oil capsules 650mg natural laxative

This works as intended. I don't have issues with constipation or have any  trouble staying regular. I bought it for its benefits. Castor oil helps with many things so for that alone I purchased it. This brand is very gentle and won't upset your stomach, I have no problems with it.

Castor oil capsules were recommended by my cardiovascular doctor as part of my daily medicine to combat the swelling in my legs and feet and the cracking of my ankle and knee joints. After searching the internet for who had the best supply at the most bargain prices at the dosage the doctor recommended, I purchased a bottle from Walmart. after about 2 weeks of following the doctor's advice of taking 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule 1 hour prior to bedtime, I noticed that the swelling in my legs and feet started going down and the cracking sound and pain from my ankles and knees have nearly disappeared.  In addition, I noticed the added benefits of better appetite, thicker head of hair, and smoother skin. Unlike taking castor oil liquid, these capsule doesn't leave a nasty oily after-taste in my mouth.
