As long as it doesn't go deeper than the paint it'll work great. Bumps, scuffs and paint transfers no problem but don't expect miracles. Where there is no paint it won't just magically appear.

I have used this product before and works great with small scrapes and scratches. Price is a lot lower than buying it at local auto parts stores.

I don't say it's magic but it does 90% of the job
Minor scuff from a parking lot ding/car wash made disappear!
Now it's barely visible.
I was skeptical at first but this 10 dollar product saved me 147 dollars quote for a color sand and buffing from the body shop and the trip to the dealership!

Best 10 bucks that I've ever spent!

I had someone decide to lock up his bike to the pole of the parking spot that I had been parked at...
When I got ready to leave, I noticed someone's bike laying on my vehicle...
That person's bike, Handel, %26 Tires moved sideways, and the tire left its tire print on my back bumper...
And the worst part is his handbars scrated my SPOLIER...
I tried wiping the mark off my SPOLIER, but it was a deeper mark than I needed it to be...
I also have SCUFF MARKS Cause by a Tire that hit my passenger side Quarter Panel, In the front right side, I tried using other stuff to remove the scuff marks, but it keeps coming back...
So I tried the SCATCH DOCTOR on my SPOLIER, %26 wow gone completely...
Then I tried it on the scuff marks on my front Quarter Panel, %26 wow gone as well...
I checked this morning, and it is still looking great...
I will wipe %26 wax my SEXY-BEAST!!! %26 If the Marks stay way, then yeah, this stuff works for me...

Nu Finish Scratch Doctor...

this scratch doctor is amazing. if you have a scratch on your car, don't be surprised. if you have a deep scratch it will help. one of the guys at work put it on my truck and I was amazed of the scratch. I couldn't even see it so ever since then I buy this and I tell everyone about it

It visibly reduced the scratches, but I didn't expect it to really restore it to its original shine.  I will give it a week and do it again, more for added protection than to increase the shine.  Easy application, buffing was a bit tough (the scratches are in the center of the hood of a full-sized car).

Reduces scratches

Easy to apply and then polish/buff off as directed.  It did not cover or even minimize a minor scratch on my car.   Used Nu Finish products in the past with good results but disappointed in this item.

Disappointed

I used this product years ago on a car where a dog had jumped up and left scratches on my new car and it worked so well that I never had to reapply it! (2007 ish) Too good too be true but it is. Fast forward to 2025, we had an older truck (2007) with some fine scratches that looked like someone brushed up against the vehicle with something scratchy.  I bought this product so happily as I just knew it would take away the very light scratches like before...apply and apply again with no results. I was so disappointed, and I think they changed the formula or perhaps it was because the vehicle was older?  All I know is I am stuck with a product that does not work. It is very easy to apply with little to no effort; the directions are very clear. I hope that you have better luck.

No longer a fan

Followed instructions and after completing the steps there was actually no change in the surface scratch on y car.

Doesn't work!

Had to have this shipped since the store didn't have this on the shelves even though the app said it was in stock. But I open the box and all I see is this scruffed bottle label all torn up. And as soon as I open it, the peels there, but it's more like someone just placed it back on after opening it. I figured that maybe it was because of the bottle a really coming damaged in the first place, but after using it myself, I realize it's because it doesn't even work in the first place. I picked the easiest scratch on my car to see if it'll work, because you know, just in case and all that. And to my “surprise”, it doesn't work. Followed the instructions word for word and all I saw was disappointment.

Irony all over it.
