Device stops charging after a certain period or with minimal use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love NuFace! I've been using around my eyes and they appear more lifted and the fine lines are less visible. I use the device on my lips and they look plump and full like I had filler. Can't say  enough about NuFace products.There definitely a must have!

I use this almost every day either in the morning or the evening. I also have the Trinity, but find that this works better for under the eyes and other small areas of the face which need attention.   Love it. !

Great for small spaces on the face.

The device is wonderful, but the FIX serum is a little problematic. It says you can use your regular skincare products after use, even instructs you to “tap in remaining serum to enjoy its hydration benefits “, but the reality is, it will ‘pill' on your skin. Even if you don't apply any other skincare products, it will cause your makeup to pill as well if you use a foundation brush. If you use a beauty blender, your foundation doesn't stay put under your eyes. I thought maybe I had used too much at first, but regardless how much or how little serum you use, the same thing happens. You have to wash the FIX serum off once you're finished with your device, which is really annoying  considering how pricey the serum is.

Love how it works, silly  pair of lines under my lips disappeared almost immediately.  However, the light that is on when it is charging is  most annoying. It is very bright, the reflection keeps me up at night,  and seems a waste of energy. It is also good at decreasing a scar in one of my eyebrows.  I didn't expect a miracle, but was pleased that  I can see an improvement.

Love it; except for the light.

I am 68 years old and I don't expect any miracles with any product.  I use this everyday twice a day along with your Micro Current product and have seen some results.  
I think that they are probably the best products on the market for general consumption and would recommend it

Nu Face Micro and Fix it

I love this little guy but I am on my 4th fix unit… after some time ( never longer than 12 months) it stops charging and then I'm out the money. If this one stops I'm done repurchasing which is sad that's why I gave it 3 stars!

Love hate relationship….

Not sure

I was excited to use this product but it is not considered a device (can't watch the tutorials on the website) and there are no resources with how to use this product on the website and the app.

I have not noticed any improvements. I didn't have miracle worker expectations of the device but some kind of improvement would have been nice.

I have the nuface mini which I like and see results. The nuface fix is wasted money. I did not see results and the time allotment is not worth it.
