I don't like the recipe book.  I would have preferred a guide to explain all the functions clearly so I can choose how to cook things I want to cook and determine time and temperature.  This is not a simple device to use.  It would be nice to get instructions that make sense.  I baked a pie according to what I could figure out, but it didn't bake in the middle.  Since I bought it to roast a turkey, I didn't use it.  The turkey went into my friend's oven instead.   I truly wish I hadn't bought it.

The Bravo XL  has made my Cooking and Meal Preparation Days a lot easier. I'm learning more and more Each week about its operations and how to properly use to cook meals. its been excellent. Instead of Standing over a stove frying Using the Oven to over heat the Kitchen and the rest of the house. This has truly made a difference in getting Delicious Food on the Table. I had started using Hello Fresh Meal Service prior to Ordering Nuwave Bravo XL. Since then using the Bravo to Prepare the Hello Fresh meals has made our Dinners even more Delightful and Savory. Combined the two and I really believe the Food I'm preparing is right up there with Restaurant Food Quality. Everything taste so Tender and Juicy and certainly more Flavorful. I enjoy Cooking morning Noon and Night the Bravo has made cooking a lot more Simple. I'm even cooking things that I never cooked before get this" Chermoula - Topped Tunisian Salmon with Honey -Glazed Carrots & Basemati Rice Pilaf " isn't that Cool... Thanks to Nuwave Bravo XL because I didn't Know how and the recipes were to over whelming before. Not anymore now that I'm Riding with the Nuwave. I love it! Thank you..

I say Bravo to Nuwave the new Oven Revolution !

At my age the manual is not very useful.  I need more complete instructions, I have watched the advertisements on TV! Shows how great it works but alas without complete instructions either it too hard or not toasted at all!  I've  watch the ads on this product and all they do his hit the menu and wow perfect toast every time, not mine,  is there somewhere I can find out how to use this NuWave Bravo XL? If so my rating would be a lot better

Need more specific user friendly instructions,

I had read about air fryers and decided to give it a shot in an effort to make my meals a bit less greasy and maybe even faster. I purchased a small unit that worked fine but it was too small to handle the volume I needed. It did prove the air fryer function. I then purchased the Bravo XL. I selected it because of size and features. The price was right as well! The screen and temp probe were both significant features for me. I have found it to be easy to use as well.

Great multi purpose system at a reasonable price!

The oven is great once you figure out how to use it. I almost returned it because the written materials on how to use it are not clear- perhaps the worse directions I have ever seen. I had someone help me and we discovered how to use it be trial and error.  The chart with temperatures and cooking times doesn't differentiate between bake, broil, and air fry. I have not used Nu Wave materials , fortunately I had other materials I could use for cooking times.

NuWave Bravo oven

So far generally it seems to work well.   I do have a few things  I am not happy with. The first is there is NO alarm when food is done, if there is I haven't found it yet.  The door wants to slam, if your hand slips, not good for the glass. And there is no accessories for the Bravo LX, like extra baskets and replacement parts.

Bravo XL

used Breville for almost 6 years then tried another cheaper brand that lasted just over a year. this Bravo XL works better and more efficiently than even the Breville. Tried several functions, mostly baking. Doubt if I use air fryer option as I have dedicated fryer, so I can't review that option.

Excellent oven!

I prepare most of my family's meals. Fortunately, what I like most others do as well. This gives me great pleasure and motivation to try new recipes and different ways to cook and bake. Because of this, I've received gifts and purchased many kitchen appliances. Encluding the most functional stove I could afford. The various countertop appliances are very appealing for obvious reasons. Most have performed as advertised. Before I purchased the Bravo XL, I had experience with one of it's competitors. It failed to satisfy my needs and perform as expected. But I was still focused on finding one that would. After an extensive search and comparison shopping online, I chose the Bravo XL. There are many reasons why. Maybe too many to list. I think every shopper should have their own reasons. But one of it's best features was it's program panel and display. It leaves very little guessing about choosing the right settings. This Thanksgiving I used the Bravo XL to prepare four casseroles, yeast rolls, a sheet cake and a home made sweet potato pie. I used my stove to keep some items warm. Oh, I forgot. My granddaughter made a pan of brownies as well. It was a traditional family gathering, a traditional bounty to share and a new and great way to cook and bake. There are no disappointments.

My Most Useful Countertop All Purpose Kitchen Aid

Purchased the NuWave Bravo XL with somewhat sarcastic expectations. We previously invested in another brand of multipurpose oven and were fully disappointed. We also own large and small Nutri-Pots and are very pleased with their performance, so how bad could this be? A very nice feature is that it toasts! This was a deal breaker with other product choices. We initiated the Bravo XL's air fry option by cooking up some thick pork chops using an on-line recipe. The results were outstanding. Still experimenting, but this one is a keeper. The control settings are intuitive and work well. Recommend to still read the guide before use. The physical size is not too large to fit on a counter top.

Performing as promised...finally.

Very light weight, works great! I was looking for a toaster, air fryer and microwave combination and thought this was what I wanted, so I could get rid of my 3 other appliances. I do miss my microwave for fast heating, but feel this does very well, if you are willing to wait. I am not crazy about having to go back through, pressing all the buttons, if it stops before the food is done, but I am learning to set the timer for a longer time and going back from there. All in all I am pretty satisfied with this Bravo XL.
