[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is my favorite. Normally I buy only wool because I like the thickness, but this one is thick enough to my taste and it does not shed like the wool. I would definitely buy this again.

Neutral Trellis Rug —Love it!

I purchased this rug for the color, thickness, and simplicity of design. The rug is very well made and would compliment most any decor well, without competing. I know some other reviews mentioned shedding, but that can happen with any rug. This rug had a little shedding, but actually quite minimally. A touch of the vacuum and it was gone. I have had the rug for three years and it still looks as great as the day it was purchased, although it is not in a high traffic area. (I would suggest darker rugs for that purpose!) I do not think the rug needs a pad as it has a cloth backing and holds to the floor well and will not scratch or mark wood floors in any way. (I also have a runner and it does not move.) This has been an excellent purchase!

Would Purchase This Again

I was so pleased when I received this rug. So many times when you order online the quality of the rug doesn't match the pictures. The design app within your website really helped me the most. It enabled me to see a rug that I generally would not pick in my own living room. Plus there are so many pictures from so many angles of the rug including thickness of the rug. I won't shop anywhere else for a rug. Plus free shipping and quick delivery.

Amazing quality and service

I love this rug so much I've actually bought it twice. It's very expensive looking, and feels plush beneath your feet. Ours is in a high-traffic area and the cream did get dirty over the course of a year and a half, so we chose to replace it with the exact same rug and color because we liked it so much. I imagine it would last much longer without pets and in a less central location. It does shed a bit, especially at first, but that doesn't bother me. Highly recommend!

High quality

I got the "grey and 
 white" rug, which is 
 actually blue and off 
 white/greyish in real 
 life. The color is not 
 what is pictured at all 
 and since the white is 
 actually off-white, it 
 looks dirty. The quality 
 is decent, but it sheds 
 a lot and needs to be 
 vacuumed frequently. I 
 so wanted to love this 
 rug, because it was the 
 exact pattern I was 
 looking for and a great 
 price. I now wish I had 
 just spent the extra 
 money to get a good 
 quality rug. I read 
 some other reviews 
 that stressed similar 
 points, but I wanted 
 them to be wrong - 
 unfortunately they 
 were not.

I got the "grey and

I really WANT to like this rug. It's plush 
 (great for our playroom) and the pattern is 
 just what I was looking for, which are both 
 great. HOWEVER, after owning it for only a 
 month, I'm finding that it has some issues 
 which make me believe it is not going to last. 
 It has been shedding CONSTANTLY. I 
 vacuum it multiple times a day (since my 
 twin girls are attempting to eat the pieces) 
 and although that's helped, I'm now 
 beginning to notice that it's pilling. This 
 shouldn't be happening already. Also, the 
 color isn't as gray as it appears to be in this 
 picture. (It's got a lot of blue undertones.)

I really WANT to like

Very soft but balls are shedding off and some marks where fibers are missing and bald spots. Also it is not a true rectangle. One side was not cut straight and is obvious.

SHEDS

I loved this rug! I purchased
 it in green for my son's
 nursery I got tons of
 complements on it! However,
 just a few months after having
 it I started to notice red
 spots on the white areas. If
 this rug gets wet it turns
 red!! Purchase with caution.

I was so excited to receive this rug as an early Christmas present. Unfortunately it ended up being a huge disappointment. It's comfy, but the color is way off. The picture shows gray/white, but the rug is actually beige/blue. I even used the feature of uploading a picture of the rug into my living room before hand..looks nothing like what came in the mail today.
