This rug is even better than expected!  Really thick and plush. No way will the edges suck up into the vacuum, it's just too thick and substantial for that nonsense. I have ordered 5 additional matching rugs and they are all great. Now, about the colors. I have the beige and the wine. I ordered the wine hoping it was more of a brick red and indeed it is! So it coordinates with the colors in the beige perfectly. I have the 2 colors in the same room.   Highly recommend!  I'll be ordering runners for my bathroom as soon as I make up my mind. So many choices.

This rug couldn't be more perfect. It is rust- not wine which I wanted. I read that in a review which prompted me to purchase. It is a wonderful anchor to our new leather furniture. Looks fabulous with our Mexican tile, stone wall and brick.The quality is excellent and the shipping was fast. It does shed a little, but that is the way wool is- So much nicer than synthetic. I ordered 2 small ones for my kitchen and slider entrance. Great value! I hooked on buying area rugs now! Reading the reviews really gives confidence when deciding because I, like most, was nervous buying sight unseen.

Absolutely LOVE this rug!

We just had our basement finished. Though we live in the Midwest our home has a Southwest theme throughout. Though described on the site as “wine” in color, it has a slight”orangeish” undertone to it and it is bright and absolutely striking. Just beautiful! It's made of wool instead of the synthetic stuff and is thick and soft under foot.Yes, we read about the shedding— it's wool and it will shed. We prefer wool to the synthetics any day. We've got a vacuum and will use it when needed.

Beautiful Southwest Design Rug

Beige Southwestern Rug

Rug is nice!  The color is more gray than green and it goes good with our gray plank flooring. We just put it down on our floor and is doesn't seem to shed as much as the previous one we bought in a different color.  I'm very happy with my purchase

Sage grayish rug

I had been looking at this rug for ages and the reviews about shedding put me off, then I decided to go for it. I love it, the colors are great and it is very good quality. It does shed but I haven't had clumps of wool sitting on the surface and it is definitely getting less each time I vacuum. This is really a minor inconvenience compared to how great the rug looks.

Beautiful Rug

This is a beautifully made rug and great quality.  The website showed accurate colors and thickness of the rug.  Rugs USA shipped the rug very quick and it was packaged very well.  They were very prompt with their service.  I will absolutely order from Rugs USA again.

Great Product and Quality

This rug is beautiful and high quality.  I am not using a rug pad with it and do not feel like you need one.  It is thick and cushioned.  The green color is more of a gray with a slight green tint.  It does shed a lot but vacuums up easily and have read that it slows with time.

This rug sheds like none I've ever seen before.  When I vaccuum this rug, it is necessary for me to empty my Dyson animal vacuum 2-3 times.

While bright and vibrant upon arrival, the rug now heads dull areas. It's definitely no longer the same color and I would ho so far as to call it an unfortunate lemon. 

Giving it 2 Stars though. 1 for the price, which was very good for its size. 1 for its lovely pattern, which is no longer vibrant, but still pretty. That said, I'm sure I'll be replacing this thing within the year.
