Needed to lighten up the dining room. Dark wood table and dark wood flooring made it feel cold. This area rug added some light and texture which was exactly what we were going for. Didn’t seem to have any smell as other reviews mentioned. Overall great quality and good price.

i bought this for one of my guest bedrooms and i just love how it looks. i thought it would be hard jute but its not. its soft gentle on the feet.

Love this rug. I purchased the natural jute color which has great color and dimension. There are little pieces of wood in some of the braiding like I saw in other customer reviews, but that doesn't bother me. Rolled out and flattened within a couple hours. So far has held up really well (I have several dogs & this rug is in my family room). Definitely would purchase again.

Love this rug, not rough on your feet and super cute in our space. We live in an RV and got the 6x6 and it works perfect! Really like that RUGS USA offers so many options in this size and I'm never disappointed with their speedy delivery and great customer service.

Great quality and customer service

I am in love with this rug.  Though there are a few "sticks" when you first unroll it (it's a natural rug, so of course), it is extremely soft and I love walking on it with my bare feet.  FYI that the length advertised is "the length plus about 12" in tassels."  So a 12' rug is really about 13'.  Great rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great rug for the price, it looks much more tan than off-white in person. The loops can pull relatively easily as any jute rug will. Only downside is my rug came with a very random silver stripe!

Great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have rated this 5 stars if it was not for the very off-putting smell of the rug.  The rug came packaged in a clear plastic bag and once opened produced a very strong musty smell.  The smell has permeated the entire house.  The bag was dry and the rug did not feel wet either.  I’m not sure if this is common with natural jute rugs or not.  Otherwise, the rug looks great!

Unpleasant smell

This is a really beautiful rug and I was very pleased with the overall appearance. However, there is an exceptional amount of dirt that is left on my floors from the rug (see photos). I have had this rug for less than a week, so I know it hasn't been in my home long enough for my boys to track dirt all over it.  Perhaps this issue is exclusive to the rug I received, but I cannot put this on my floor because the amount of dirt that seems to be imbedded in the fibers. I will be contacting customer service.

What's with the dirt??

The rug was very thick and it actually hurt your feet walking on it as it pricked as you walked on it.  The rug smelled so bad like it was in a moldy basement forever.... I was hoping it would air out and it did not and the smell was strong enough it went thru the entire apt...  I literally rolled it back up and threw it in the dumpster as I was not going to pay for shipping .

I have bought jute rugs before from other vendors and this was the first one that I got rid of within a few hours.  Very disappointed

When I purchased this rug I had been searching for a beige, natural looking rug for my living room. Unfortunately the rug was so uncomfortable and definitely not the right fit for a living room where family gather. Very rough, rugged, even had bits of mulch in it. My children immediately said they didn’t like it.
