Really nice good quality shag rug. Thick but I can still easily vacuum. I ordered the white which is nice light cream, not yellow, not natural, a very nice white/cream. Rug was a little stinky after unwrapping but not too terrible. Great for the price. I would order it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is ‘ok’, it does NOT look high end compared to my extremely similar rug from Home Goods. It had a few snags and loops. There is also a hard spot, almost like hardened glue, right in the center of the rug. Additionally, after a few days of heavy weights sitting on top of it, it still curls up on the ends.

Venice Shaggy Rug

Color is a dark grey.  Have it in silver as well.  The grey is not as soft as the silver and fibers seem to be not as thick, but both vacuum nice.  If choosing between the two colors, I would recommend the silver.  However, have been happy so far with both.

Great rug for the price! It took a few days for the strong chemical smell to go away and the creases from the shipping to go away but overall great rug for the price. My only ask would be for it to be thicker / more shag - you can kinda see the dark liner underneath in between the shag strands because it’s not very dense / not enough strands  if that makes sense.

Great rug!

I always purchase my rugs from Rugs USA and have never been disappointed. This rug is just meh. It is beautiful and large, but there are just little things that I don't love. It is easy to see the base of the rug since the nap isn't very thick. I love the way it looks, but I wouldn't use it in a higher traffic area. It is in a seldom used room in my home, so it works.

It is beautiful - quality so-so

I was disappointed with this rug. In the pictures, it showed a thick blue rug that measured one inch thick. When it arrived, I could see the white backing of the rug straight through the rug. I purchased the rug and pad with the hopes of helping with sound issues. It has not helped with that at all. Also, the off-gasing is really pretty bad. If you choose this rug, make sure you have a space to air it adequately before placing in an area where people need to sleep, etc.

I've had good success with Rugs USA in the past, but this rug was a disappointment.  It was supposed to be a plush, shaggy rug, but it really doesn't add much more cushioning that sitting on the hardwood floors (and I did order the premium rug pad)!  It's just very flat and seems much cheaper than other rugs I've ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You didn't put a lot into my rug this time. I buy rugs from you all a lot. But this rug got gaps and still white in it where the dye didn't touch . It's the worst rug I have ever gotten from you all .

Not a great experience. Trying to track packages is not easy. The emails and web site all gave me different info when tracking. Lastly, because I did not have signed up for updates vis my phone, I was able to that had been delivered and left at my doorstep. It wasn’t. It was left at my neighbors. I just happened to walk by and saw a 8x8 rug at THEIR doorstep.

it has such a strong chemical odor when we unrolled it, awful awful smell. We tried to air it out, but it didn't help, we tried to vacuum this brand new rug , nope didn't work . there was absolutely know way this chemical stink rug could go in my son's room.  it was a horrible buy , awful rug.
