I like the rug. It's a little to flat. But it looks really nice in my living room. It's a lot lighter then on website. I was expecting for the gray to be darker. But it's a nice rug. Cleaning it is no problem

Beautiful rug and great quality as always.  I purchased the runner for my bathroom.  This hasagreenisg tintto it.  Works perfect since I do have both spa green and gray in my bathroom, it allows me to change colors.  Perfect size and looks really nice.

It is thin and the strands are not tight together. I was disappointed, though it explains the low price.

Pretty but Low Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ultimate goal was to purchase a 9 x 12 rug, but I bought a smaller one (3 x 5) to see if the negative reviews about it being so thin and poor quality were correct.  They are!  It is such a shame, because the colors and pattern are very pleasing.  I have had the rug down for about three weeks and it is still so wrinkled from being rolled up.  I am guessing that if the rug had even been a little thicker it would have smoothed out by now.  When it states that the pile is 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch please believe that it is definitely only 1/4 inch at the most.

Beautiful Color and Pattern--Horrible Quality

The quality of the rug I received was terrible. I ordered this same run 4 years ago and it was beautiful, plush and stood up against 2 kids and 2 dogs. The rug I received the other day would not have lasted a week. The quality was awful. We sent this rug back as it was worth no where near what I spent on it.

Poor quality - disappointment

I bought this rug 3 years ago and through kids and dogs it wore out. This was fine. You get what you pay for. But I liked it so I just purchased the exact same rug again. The new rug came and is worse quality than the rug I just threw away. It's thin and the color is faded in spots. Definitely not the same quality as the one purchased 3 years ago. Don't waste your money!
