Perfect, smooth finish. The kit was the perfect size for all my needs.

Best option second to brand new cabinets!

I love the paint color and the quality of the paint. It went on much smoother than another paint I tried which could be due to it being a little bit thinner which I like because it left fewer roller bumps behind. I did not use anything else that came in the "kit". I found the brush was not high quality enough. I chose to use a finer angled brush and foam rollers instead. I liked that the color is a slightly grayish white as opposed to a pinkish or yellowish-white. It makes it appear super bright white. This might sound crazy but I did 5 coats on my cabinets becuase I have a lot of wood grain and I didn't want those tiny black dots that appear when the grain is filled in enough. After 5 coats you can still see the grain but no black dots and the cabinets look like new even though they are 11 years old (builder grade oak color). Since I did so many coats (did not use a primer since the paint is supposed to be paint and primer in one), I ended up having to order a second kit to do the bottom half of my cabinets. Despite the extra expense and time, I would still recommend this paint because of the gorgeous outcome I experienced.   
P.s. - I did a thorough cleaning and sanding prep prior to painting. This was not a weekend job for me. haha! but will be worth it in the end
