My husband works in the elements, so during colder weather, his hands get dry and cracked. This is the only hand treatment that has ever worked and the only one he uses.  One Thanksgiving, I had washed my hands multiple times while cooking, and they were a wreck!  I used O'Keeffe's the next three nights and no more dish pan hands!

My hands get really dry and cracked this time of the year. Everything else i have tried doesn't work that great. This stuff i feel and see relief on my hands faster than the other brands so far. And seems to stay on your skin longer too. I have used it for a week now.

Fast working on cracked hands

Worth the price. Really does heal cracked hands. I love this brand from the hand cream, foot cream, lip care, etc. this brand really does deliver what it promises. I wash my hands ALL the time and it they get super dry, cracked and often will bleed. This hand cream/lotion does the trick. Only thing I use now honestly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Product that delivers!

Nothing else out there can moisturize and heal those cracks like this. I have to wash/sanitize my hands approx 15 times a day. I also am a swimmer and the pool leaves my heels and elbows drier than a farttt. This is my must have in the cold season. It resolves rough spots.

The best hands and feet down!

I have extremely dry skin, especially my hands. They were cracking and painful. I started feeling relif after my first use and now my fingers are pain free! I also have sensitive skin and this product is great for people with sensitivities. The only negative comment I have is its to pricey, but so is everything else these days....

Finally Relief!

The working hands works great for my husbands hands! It is great for making for rough spots, and cracked hands feel smooth. The formula isn't greasy and it absorbs well into the skin. The dispenser works great and it is easy to squeeze. It is a little harder to get all out when it near the end. But overall it is a great product!

Smooths rough hands!

I normally have dry hands that feel like sandpaper with cracks in my thumbs/fingers.  My finger tips and thumbs would hurt from being split I would have to keep bandaids on them.  I bought O'Keefes on a Sunday and by Monday evening my hands were like brand new hands!  I can not recommend this product enough if you suffer from dry,  chapped hands.

No more sandpaper hands

OMG it's like magic. I get very dry and deep cracked hands in the winter. I've been using this for a day and my hands actually feel amazing. Not greasy and no scent to burn. Just wished it were a little cheaper for the size. Definitely worth it . It works!

I am 69 years old and have farmed for 46 years.  My hands are in contact with hydraulic oil, engine oil and grease almost on a daily basis.  I have to use harsh soap and cleaning solvent to clean my hands, and it dries them out terribly.  In winter, my fingers crack open and sometimes bleed.  This is the best stuff that I have ever used.  It completely heals the worst cracks in several days.  Thank you OKeefe's!!!!!

This hand cream is great. It works at healing my super dry, cracked, and split hands. It also doesn't leave an oily residue, which I can't stand; however, it does, as all lotions and creams, take a little bit to absorb and dry. Unlike some other lotions, it's not going to run off your hands or leave a grease stain on papers, even after 10 minutes, but you should give it at least 5-10 minutes to really soak in and dry before you go back to touching your phone screen, or trying to hammer something. It creates a sort of protective layer too, which you'll notice the first time or two after application when washing your hands. It doesn't immediately heal all my deep cracks and splits, or instantly repair my fingertips, but with regular, continual use, my hands feel much, much better. They are certainly softer, and no longer am I frustratingly trying to fold laundry while fighting with the fabric as though I have grass burrs on my fingertips.

I am completely disappointed in this hand cream.  My very dry hands are in great need of moisture that adheres to the skin, as I am in and out of hot soapy water from 6 AM till 7PM.  This did nothing but put a slight film which seemed initially to soften, however my hands are as dry and parched as ever.  Going back to Gold Bond!  Even Jergens works better than this!!

ABSOLUTELY NO HYDRATION!!
