Deep Woods Sportsmen 30% Deet Insect Repellent, 23

This product works great. I used it on a really warm evening and in an area that I usually get many mosquito bites but I didn't get any. I also was sweating and it didn't make a difference on it's effectiveness. I scent is not that pleasant and smells chemically but it's worth it as I did not get any mosquito bites at all. I would highly recommend this product.

This works great! No mosquito bites!

It's light and compact container. Very useful when we sit in our backyard as we don't need to worry about flying insects specifically mosquitoes. We normally use the same for our camping trips and it always help repel mosquitoes and flies. One container lasts a season for a family of two.

Must have for backyard

I have used this product many times, and I find it to be the most effective. The smell is not overwhelming, and the scent it does have I find pleasing. This product does not leave a greasy feeling when sprayed on my skin which is nice, I don't want my clothes to have residue on them.

Works great

off deep woods for sportsmen insect repellent repels mosquitos for up to 8 hours. I tested it out and it worked really great however make sure you spray all over as it only works on areas sprayed. It contains 30% but the smell wasn't too over powering. It sprays on well covering all areas. It's not a greasy spray and it doesn't stain either making it great to use. It also works to repel other bugs like ticks and black flies. A must for the outdoors.

I have always been a fan of OFF insect repellent sprays but this is the first time I am seeing this deep woods spray for sportsmen. we like hiking a lot so this is very useful to use. the smell is fine and not too strong. I did feel secure and protected against bugs and mosquitos which usually attack me. free from bites I'm happy with this product for especially evening walks.

Good bug repellent

While I like the claims of this bug repellent having a maximum protection of 8 hours the scent is a bit too strong. I used it while camping and while it does claim to repel black flies, deer flies and ticks I still had a tick on me.   I don't know if I would repurchase due to the strong scent of it.

Good bug spray but strong scent

I was very pleased with the smell of this product. With 30% DEET I expected it to be a strong chemical smell. I can't identify the smell...floral maybe?...but I like it. It sprays well and seems to go on evenly. I will say be careful of any cuts or open wounds. It made a small cut I had on my knee burn like crazy. Now to see how effective it is keeping the flies away...

Smells nice!

The OFF! DEEP Woods for Sportsmen insect repellent contains 30% DEET, which is what I look for because the potency is what makes it work to actually repel unwanted insect bites. It is supposed to repel mosquitoes for up to 8 hours, and also repels black flies, deer flies, ticks and more. I like that you can also apply this to the face by spraying to hands then rub on, while avoiding eyes and mouth areas. I didn't mind the scent and thought it goes on the skin fast without any greasy film. This is a great product for hikers and those who enjoys outdoor activities. Keep a can in the car and you're good to go. I'd spray this all over clothes and hat. This shouldn't be used for kids under 12 years old as indicated on the packaging.

A can keeps insects alway

This product has a strong smell. As I spray it, I feel like I may have inhaled too much of it. I think I would prefer if thr spray didn't get in the air so much so it took over my breathing air. I almost want to use this spray in the air in the my surrounding, and not on my skin and definitely not near my face

Too strong

The price was $37 online. I bought it along with other items. It wasn't available in the store so Walmart express shipped me the bug spray for a grand total of $60.
