1.  Although the box says white (as does my order) the chair is black (see pictures).  2.  It took a trained military mechanic 2 hours to assemble.  She said the design is flawed and the screws and holes want to "strip".  3. I haven't tried the center-tilt mechanism, tilt tension and Tilt tension controls for the rate and ease of recline, ensuring that you don't recline too fast.  I'm hoping that will help with the headrest being so far back from my head. I'm too tired to do anything more with it yet. 4. The lumbar support and seat so far feel good.

Iffy. Time will tell. Be sure you have pro help.h

It said this comes in white but its misleading. Only the trim around the headrest is white.
