I gave up on the height adjustable, swivel computer office chair because the pneumatic cylinder will begin to leak at some point requiring repetitious height adjustments when trying to do work.  When I am at the computer this chair is comfortable and sturdy.  I miss not having the casters to roll around but not enough to put up with a leaking pneumatic cylinder.

Excellent choice for guest chairs!  Very comfortable and solid!   Easy to assemble with only 8 screws and install went quickly with allen wrench bit in cordless drill.  Will order more as my brokerage office grows!  Thanks!

Great buy

Pretty comfortable and fits my needs.  A little of a pain to put together - one of the screws on the back would NOT go in correctly and popped out and fell in the chair...never to be seen from again since the area is hollow.  Otherwise, I like it.

Comfortable, sturdy and suits my temporary work at home needs. Difficult for me to put together.

While stuff came promptly and assembly was easy, back comfort was not satisfactory. I will live with it instead of going thru' the trouble of dismantling, repacking, etc!

Both new chairs arrived out of the box scratched AND dusty on the bottom of both arms.

Also, parts of both chair back and seating was very dusty.

We are really dissatisfied with our two ordered chairs.

Someone should have review the quality of the chair before leaving the warehouse.

We are not sending the chairs back because it would cost us more money to return it.
