Wonderful!! It took me a while to realize that the hand control must be attached to be on the right side. And do connect the arms to the back before attaching it all to the seat. I did it myself but an extra pair of hands would have been appreciated. Beautiful, comfortable chair. Smooth rolling and swivel. I am almost 300 lbs, it fits me good, but no extra room. It matches my leather couch, Beautiful.

Everything is included to assemble even the wrench.  Easy to follow instructions.  May need a second set of hands to  help align the arm rests that connect the seat and the back.   One hint: don't tighten up each screw as you go, line hem up, tighten just enough to hold  in place, then put the next screw in before tightening both or all.
Chair is nice nd the lumbar support feels SO much better than my old chair. The leatherish material is soft and nice.  (Hope it has a nice long life).  :)

Happy with my new desk chair

I love that it supports the lower lumbar . I have arthritis in my lower lumbar and spine so it helps me alot. so comfy I can set at my computer longer than before without having to take pain meds .

good and approving

I upgraded to this chair from a chair I got from Walmart 10 years ago! Delivery was fast and set up instructions was very simple! Chair is very comfortable and sturdy! I love it ! This chair hopefully will last another 10 years! Thank you Walmart for you reasonable  and good quality desk chair!!

Great Desk Chair

Soft and Comfortable, goes together easy if you have the right tools, the Allen wrench that they provide you with, does not fit well, but I used my own Allen Hex Bit with my Cordless Drill and it went together in about 15 minutes, Without my own tools it probably would have taken over an hour to put it together, it rolls great on hardwood floors, Price was Good, Shipping was fast, Over all I like it, No complaints :)

Soft and Comfortable

This is an excellent Office Chair AND the second one I have now. The first one was a gift from my daughter that I use in my sewing room. I liked it SO MUCH, I bought one for my computer desk. It swivels easily. It's very comfortable and EASY to assemble. You can adjust the height and it rolls easily with it's casters. If I had to have another chair, this is the one I would purchase again!

"Our  experience "

It was easy to put together and is comfortable.  I will agree with the other reviewers or say that there is no metal, it is plastic.  The chair is also not real leather but for the price what do you expect.  I have only had it for a short period of time and i have had no problems with it but I also am a 140 lb woman(thats with the covid 10lbs) so i am not close to topping out the weight limit. At least not yet but if I keep working from home who knows ;(   I am not sure if I would want my 240lb husband using it.  The seat of the chair is pretty large, i was actually surprise that was that large.  My kitchen chair that i had been using was much narrower.  If things change i will update this review.

Comfortable chair

I found the chair was rather small.  It really looked nice.  
After assembly I noticed that the spring on the recline back was way too stiff.  You have to keep holding serious pressure to keep leaned back.  Also the lean-back is very limited in travel. 
In addition the foam in the seat is inadequate.  After no more than three minutes your butt feels like you are sitting on metal.
