I love this product. 
I have curly hair (3c/4a) and this product is a life saver for us curly girls. It helps make the detangling process much easier. And it leaves my hair soft and smooth. 
It is recommended to use it before shampoo but I've personally used it both before and after shampoo and I think it works either way. 
On days when my scalp needs extra help, I shampoo with nizoral first and then I use this product after. It worked great for me.
