At a very busy time of year, while shopping online happens daily to prepare for the holiday, I made a mistake and didn't pay close enough attention to the SIZE of this bag, ordering 4 bags. I made the assumption that a bag of candy that was $40, reduced to a price of $20 a bag was a large bag of candy. I purchased 4 bags and could have eaten the handful of candy combined in one sitting. I was shocked at the snack pack size of each bag and realization that each bag actually held 3 pieces of candy. I never thought to question the size of the product given the outrageous price of the product. This is my mistake but I felt VERY DUPED by this company in their pricing. I wanted to order a special treat for my family for the holidays and expected 4 bags to feed all of us. Easily one person could have eaten the 4 BAGS in 1-2 sittings. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay attention to the details of the product, but I do wish the store would not have actively tried to mislead me based on the exorbitant price of $40 a bag. I won't make this mistake again and now realize that vendors will take advantage of the busy time of year and the amount of online purchase that we do during the holiday.
