[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this conditioner for years and it works for my coarse hair. I leave it in, after shampooing, for 3 to 5 minutes and that's it. It leaves my hair soft, but it does weigh the hair down a bit. If you want body, it's not the conditioner for you. Hope it helps.

Now I use it all the time. I love the way this conditioner leaves my hair soft and smooth when I leave it on for an hour with my shower cap then rinse out. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I use it and rinse it out immediately. The results are still very good. Would definitely recommend.
