I purchased these stools about three weeks ago and have been more than satisfied. The turnaround time was amazing...they arrived at my door much earlier than expected...and the assembly was simple and quick. Each bar stool took only 10 minutes to put together. They are lightweight, easy to move around and very comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. I was very close to spending 3 times the money on a different product and am very happy I chose this one...great buy!

Excellent Purchase

This same product was double the price at another store, very stable.

My review on this product is simple. It is an easy chair to assemble, lightweight and good looking. However, once you have sat on it for a an extended period of time, even just 15 minutes, it starts to feel very uncomfortable. Sadly, the cushion seems to just be made out of foam. The comfort level is not where I thought it would be. I recommend this product only as a temporary counter stool, until you can find something that is more comfortable and perhaps able to pay a bit more money.

An average product

I bought 4 of these stools after reading all the reviews. As everyone said, they were very easy to assemble. My first disappointment came when I opened the first box and saw that the legs were the same color as the cushion-black and definitely not espresso. The rest of the furniture I bought for the dining area was espresso wood and black cushions. I decided I would use them anyway but if you truly want espresso, be sure to inspect the color upon arrival since you only have 30 days to return. I bought them for a beach vacation home so my timing was a bit off. With each box I opened, my disappointment deepened. One of the Allen screws did not have the cutout to be able to use the Allen wrench so I had to make a trip to the local hardware store to complete the assembly of this particular stool. One of the seat covers was not properly stapled and the material was coming out from the staples. I had to staple it to secure it to the bottom of the seat. Finally, the last one I broke out had a random staple pertruding (but had not torn the leather) on the bottom side of the cushion (outside of the legs) that was stretching the leather and caused the seat material to crinkle. I have asked the company to replace only the cushion and am hopeful they will since the option is to ship the whole stool back and hope that the replacement legs are the same color. That concerns me since apparently the problem with the black legs is not universal. Other than these issues, I like the stools.
