The instructions and set up was very easy to read and follow. The it's seems very sturdy and good quality for the price! The app is very easy to follow as well! Absolutely love it and they work perfectly. I have 12 rescue cats, so I purchased two. It took them a bit to stop using it as a bed lol, but know use it as intended and love it. No more cleaning out litter boxes, just wait for the notification that its full, grab the strings and into the trash.

Great Buy, definitely recommend

Me and my cats love this litter box. I scoop less. I have 3 cats and still keep some manual scoop boxes out, too, just in case something goes wrong. It has stopped turning during a clean cycle before.  I have found that when it does that, you just need to take it apart and clean it.

I love this self cleaning  litter robot! It takes the smell away from my nose and cleans it all by itself.

Self cleaning litter box

I've wanted one of these forever for my two cats but they have always been so expensive. Have had this for a couple months and it works well. We can't hook it up through the phone because we don't have 5G but it doesn't really matter.  It's easy it assemble except for the phone part. It's only quit working once and it was because one of the cats stuck her head back in to watch it rotate. We reset it and haven't had any problems. It's definitely a time saver and a back saver!

Very good kitty box

So far so good.   I am 54 years old.   I have had cats my whole life.   They were usually outside cats or cats that only went out to potty.   I detest litter boxes.   BUT, I just adopted 2 from a shelter and they are kittens and will be inside so I decided to bite the bullet and pay for an automatic machine.   I had one in the past.   The open top rectangle that raked the deposits into the end.   It was so hard to keep clean I didn't want a repeat.  This box makes me want more kittens.  It is super quiet.   You wouldn't know it was doing it's job if you didn't watch it.
I have had it going for 4 days.   I have had to replenish the litter once so far.   I have not had to change the collection bag as of yet.   There are no smells, other than the litter itself.   The app installed and started working smoothly.  No issues.   I don't have an issue with litter being brought out with their itty bitty paws.   I would have given 5 stars all the way across but will wait to make sure it keeps up the good work.

Want another!

The litter box worked fine for a while but has now stopped working properly. Per the manufacturer, it has a faulty motor and sensor. They stated I should buy a new one. The unit was purchased 11/2024, so it falls well within the one year warranty as advertised. Despite reaching out to the manufacturer, they will not offer a solution, plus it takes multiple days to receive an unsatisfactory response.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine stopped rotating after two days of my purchase.  I reset, uninstalled the machine. Replaced the liter, to no avail. machine to working. The app is not functioning at all. Waste of money.

Buyers beware.

The cleaning didn't keep the smell out. We are trashing for a non electric litter box. Very disappointed!
