I have been using this for years.  Once in awhile I, my one cat has an accident and I might have to use it a few times, but over time the odor disappears.  I also just spray it around the litter box.  It has a pleasant smell which is important to me also.

This product has always worked very well for me. The only "trick" is to be sure to
use enough of it. You have to remember it must reach whatever level the 
substance you are trying to treat reached. e.g.. if something went down to a
carpet pad, or even subfloor, the product has to reach there too! I've poured it on 
in some cases. As long as you put on an adequate amount, and it is allowed to 
work long enough (I've even put a plastic sheet over the area if it's really bad so it doesn't
dry out too quickly.)
You want to give it enough time to work. Also, be aware, that often the odor will 
increase while it's wet, but just give it time! The worse the original situation, the more
it may smell quite bad originally.  But again, if you have put on enough product, and 
it's allowed to work long enough, I have had very good results. (One particularly bad
situation took days, but it was very good in the end.)  I've used this product
for many years.

this OUT ADVANCED SEVERE PET URINE DESTROYER is some AWESOME STUFF.  I bought this stuff to break it down into 3 , 32-ounce spray bottles. it worked out perfectly. and the dogs wont return to the same spot after I spray or pour this onto the area.  I left the chemical on there to dry. its been about 10 days and the dogs still have not gone on that area.  and due to the excellent quality of this product, I was able to remove the large puppy pad out of our living room FINALLY !  they were using the same area for over a year.  now we only have the 3 pads in the dining room. I was so happy. also, im so sure that this OUT chemical can be used to remove human urine as well. this chemical has ENZYMATIC ACTION. and that's what you MUST HAVE to remove these strong body stains and odors. I bought 3 bottles but now that I know it works so well, I will arm myself with a case for future uses.

OUT ADVANCED PET SEVERE PET URINE DESTROYER

I use this after I use Clorox Urine remover. I use the Clorox Urine remover to get the smell and stains out completely then I wait for it to dry and I use an enzyme cleaner to fully get rid of the urine. This method always works and the smell never comes back.

Does it's job.

My go-to for removing odor from pet urine stains. I always keep a few bottles on hand. I soak up as much urine as I can with paper towels, then pour a generous amount of this and let it soak in for atleast 15 minutes, then either soak up with paper towels or vacuum up with my carpet cleaner. Never notice any odor lingering afterwards.

got out old cat urine stains!! I have a cattery and breed cats so there is always an in tack male in the home who sprays. this product COMPLETELY got out the smell, stain AND the enzymes that made the cat want to re-spray. I bought it bc if good reviews and it did not disappoint. used it tonight for the first, and not last, time on the mattress and the mess, stain and smell are gone...completely gone. I highly recommend this

worked on old cat stains

This really does get old and new urine stains out; but if you're looking for something to deter your cats from peeing in the first place, a cleaner won't do it anyway. I've used OUT! on ceramic tile and concrete, and on hotel floors and bedding during travel to keep our rooms squeaky-clean.

Don't hesitate, it works.

Spray heavy, put moist towel or wipe on top of the stain, Let it wick up you will see it on the wipe! Don't start rubbing it into the carpet and you just penetrate into the carpet pad. I do this a couple times for dog vomit and it worked it up and then I sprayed it and let it air dry got on my hands and knees to smell it and it was completely gone

We've been looking for a product to get rid of cat urine smell. We've shampooed this carpet area several times. It was completely dry when we decided to try "Out!" After a couple applications of this product, we are convinced this product works VERY well

Definitely buy again

I first bought this a year ago because my other brand (N.M.) just wasnt working and this one was only $5 so, why not.
I was beyond shocked! It is GREAT at removing pet odors. I thought wow I'm on to something now and it's so inexpensive too. Well, apparently everyone else caught on too. Its out of stock 1/2 the time at Walmart and  $16 on Amazon...WOW! (Buy this one not the spray. You can always put this in a spray bottle. I do) It removes stains but not set in stains on tile floors, vinyl or linoleum. The only thing I found to get them up, (from floor)

Magic Potion

Smells like a bug spray and did an ok job on cleaning urine. The smell only replaced the urine for a strong chemical bug spray scent.
