Eliminates odor and stains caused by pet accidents.

We've been looking for a product to get rid of cat urine smell. We've shampooed this carpet area several times. It was completely dry when we decided to try "Out!" After a couple applications of this product, we are convinced this product works VERY well

Definitely buy again

this OUT ADVANCED SEVERE PET URINE DESTROYER is some AWESOME STUFF. I bought this stuff to break it down into 3 , 32-ounce spray bottles. it worked out perfectly. and the dogs wont return to the same spot after I spray or pour this onto the area. I left the chemical on there to dry. its been about 10 days and the dogs still have not gone on that area. and due to the excellent quality of this product, I was able to remove the large puppy pad out of our living room FINALLY ! they were using the same area for over a year. now we only have the 3 pads in the dining room. I was so happy. also, im so sure that this OUT chemical can be used to remove human urine as well. this chemical has ENZYMATIC ACTION. and that's what you MUST HAVE to remove these strong body stains and odors. I bought 3 bottles but now that I know it works so well, I will arm myself with a case for future uses.

OUT ADVANCED PET SEVERE PET URINE DESTROYER

We live in a RV full time. Parked last year for cold and the mice were cold also. They decided to get warm. Found it when it started warming up. Well bad for mice but the OUT took their unique smell OUT. It took 2 bottles but no smell. Older Baby Girl (dog) sometimes she can't hold her bladder and there went the smell Out came the OUT. GONE. DONE. I have bad migraines and smells are a bane. Thank you OUT

Mouse smells

I love this! I use it to wash laundry or do a spot clean. Even use it in mop water. Even though we are through with the training stage its nice to squeeze a little in the mop water to get anything from paw residue.

Great product

This stuff works great !! It got out a couple urine stains from my sick dog. I noticed I still have a odor but the pee stain is gone! I will definitely buy this again.works

Works Great on urine stains

When I had a puppy to train or a cat with bladder issues, this product was amazing.
I would put a spray nozzle on it and spot treat or even add the the detergent drawer of my washer and wash the items!

Powerful!

got out old cat urine stains!! I have a cattery and breed cats so there is always an in tack male in the home who sprays. this product COMPLETELY got out the smell, stain AND the enzymes that made the cat want to re-spray. I bought it bc if good reviews and it did not disappoint. used it tonight for the first, and not last, time on the mattress and the mess, stain and smell are gone...completely gone. I highly recommend this

worked on old cat stains

Spray heavy, put moist towel or wipe on top of the stain, Let it wick up you will see it on the wipe! Don't start rubbing it into the carpet and you just penetrate into the carpet pad. I do this a couple times for dog vomit and it worked it up and then I sprayed it and let it air dry got on my hands and knees to smell it and it was completely gone

This stuff is liquid gold! Takes the smell out of everything. I have a puppy and little kids, I practically own stock in this spray. I now put it in my carpet cleaner! Due to the enzyme killer, the urine will disappear when you spray it in. I've even tried it under black light to find spots and it's just disappears. It's freaking magic. Buy it, use it, don't let your house be stinky.

Phenomenal

I use this after I use Clorox Urine remover. I use the Clorox Urine remover to get the smell and stains out completely then I wait for it to dry and I use an enzyme cleaner to fully get rid of the urine. This method always works and the smell never comes back.

Does it's job.

I wrote a glowing review for this product years ago and gave it 5 starts- it was the best thing I've tried for the dogs. But now that I'm shampooing the carpets, it's turned into a 1-star situation. As I'm shampooing, the product is coming up and turning into a sticky mess. We're tracking it all over the house so now all the carpets are sticky and the urine smell is coming back. I"m guessing that whatever the stick substance is, it just seals in the smell and doesn't actually resolve it. I contacted the manufacturer and all they recommended was going over the dog's fav area a few more times with distilled water in the shampooer. So about 40 passes later, it's still a sticky mess... as is most of my house. Maybe I used too much of the product over the years?? Idk, but I'm never using this again. Gonna try something higher quality from the vet.

Was a 5star, now a 1
