The suction is strong. Plate stays right where it's placed. The only feature I was disappointed in was not being able to microwave. Food got cold within a minute or so.

We love the product,Damon is 22 months old,the youngest of 9 grandkids and is the first to figure out how to get his suction plates & bowls unstuck 30 seconds after they placed in front of him.He puts a hand on each side and spins them off their suction like a DJ spinning records.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great upgrade from traditional toddler plates. The suction cup eliminates tantrums of plates being flipped. The wide sides help with keeping food on the plate also. Make sure to review dimensions as the plate seems large.

Finally a bowl that actually sticks, so my buddy had to eat and not throw the bowl with his food. Haha! This bowl washes well and works better than others out there. I also like taking this bowl to restaurants.

Perfect for throwers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This plate is great for my toddler: it fits a perfect portion for a 20 month old, and the slightly raised edges means she doesn't accidentally push things off the side of her plate. The suction is strong enough to prevent her from trying to wear the plate on her head, and the suction part screws off so you can get the whole thing really clean (important with messy toddlers). It's probably a little small for my 4 year old's meals, but it's perfect for the baby.

Amazing plate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This plate is perfect for taking out to restaurants or to families homes, it sticks easily to the table so it can't go flying across the room. Durable and easy to clean, just throw in the dishwasher. Doesn't stain, have had pasta sauce on it many times and it still looks brand new.

No Plates Flying Across the Restaurant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great starter plate for the littles just learning to feed themselves.  When they say it stays put, they're not kidding!  Although I read the insert which included a list of surfaces that the plate can be used on it still lifted some of the finish from my dining room table, so use with caution on wood surfaces.  Aside from that it's the perfect size and the high sides help to assist with self-feeding.  The suction piece unscrews from the bottom for cleaning and in the future I think I'll be using this without the suction piece attached since it still has a bit of a grip without it.

Stays Put!

It sticks firmly to smooth surfaces, which is good; but if it is set
on a surface containing crumbs of food etc., it will pick these up 
and no longer stick. But it works again after being washed off.

It comes with a circle of plastic film on its bottom, which nicely
keeps it from sticking to places where it is stored etc.; but 
being colorless and transparent, the circle is easily lost; it
would be better if it were colored.

It was recommended by a doctor for use by my disabled wife (this
is her husband filling out the questionnaire in her name), but it is
designed for little children, and much too small for an adult's meal.
But we are using it for her snacks and desserts.

I like this but it gets cut marks easily if you cut food. It's a good size for kids and larger pieces of food. It sticks where you put it. You can screw off the bottom to wash.
