I'd been looking for an affordable patio set for a while. Found this set on sale on the Walmart website. It looks great, has beach wood tones in the colours, the cushions are thick and comfortable and, they delivered for free! Highly recommend!

I was so pleasantly surprised how beautiful this set actually is. Excellent quality and far surpassed my expectations.

Great purchase!

Solid set for the price, nice colour. I have two large dogs and was worried about them getting dirty paw prints or something on the tan cushions but the material is very easy to wipe off with some mild soap and water. Only complaint is that the plastic wicker came all scratched up looking, we assume from it being weaved together? See photo attached.

Solid set for the price!

Solid Patio set, with a nice design. Back Cushions are a bit too soft in which you can feel the metallic bars behind your back. I hope they last long!

Bought 2 patio sets - The good: I chose this model because the only parts that need assembly are the legs that attach at the bottom, no problems with misaligned sides. The wicker is synthetic and of OK quality. Fine not great. No broken sections. The bad: the cushions will likely loose support in a couple of years, the tissue is OK, but the foam is obviously not very dense. The delivery guy dropped 4 big and heavy boxes in front of my garage and did not ring, just left, soon after it started to rain, luck had it that I noticed and that I gave the gear to move them into my garage. The ugly: one set was missing the bolts to assemble the legs. Customer support' answer: return the huge boxes back to the store! No possible to get a credit for the cost of the bolts at Canadian Tire, not possible to get a small pack of bolts shipped! A $1000 sale lost plus a huge inconvenience because of missing bolts? Who does business this way? Never again!

Product: OK - After sale service: Terrible

Was an open box but not advertised as such. Missing parts/hardware and Walmart's customer service told me I had to box it up and return it or contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer on the instructions is listed as Walmart to contact for missing parts or hardware. Had ordered online with delivery because we don't have a vehicle big enough to transport. Walmart admitted they missed checking the open box to ensure all parts and hardware were present before reselling but took no accountability to make it right and put it all back on the consumer.

Missing Parts and Negative Customer Service

The table leaked orange all over my deck when it rained, which is how I realized the table was delivered to me rusting and cracking, particularly inside the metal beams and aroudn the screw holes. The backing on this set is also low compared to others I've sat on in store, so I would not recommend this set because it is not very supportive on the back.
