I can use it hot for my period cramps and my boyfriend who have a hard physical work use it cold to calm is back pain. It is just the perfect ajustable belt to fit both of our waist and needs. I can't recommend enough!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product provides support stabilizing  lower back. It has the added advantage of being easy to put on, adjust, and remove. Perforations in the elastic webbing offer some relief when wearing the belt in hot weather. use this product when I have to be up longer than normal cooking, cleaning, etc. It truly helps with support & pain right after I put it on. 
It fits pretty well and doesn't ride up like many other back belts. It's also more comfy than others I've tried. I definitely recommend it to others

Comfortable

The adjustable pieces to this belt allow for a truly secure fit.I was worried it would be loose and I wouldn't feel the hot/cold pack but it really does fit well against the lower back/hips. This would be perfect for anyone with lower back pain especially the cooling gel, as you can wear it and move around doing your day to day activities without any restriction from the belt. There are two pieces (one on each side), that bubble a bit when tightened but they do not seem to rub. Some may find this a bit bulky around the waist but it feels similar to a waist slimmer. As someone who has put her back out twice, I wish I'd had this belt for those instances as it would've given me relief!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Finally used this product today for a sore lower back. The gel was easy to remove and heat up. The bands provided a lot of support and tension. It was hard to wrap because of the Velcro but will get better with more practice.

Worked well

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have really enjoyed the back belt with hot/cold gel pack from Obusforme.  The hot/cold gel pack is easy to remove from the belt and it doesn't take up a bunch of room in the freezer (cold option obviously).  The only way to heat the gel pack is to submerse it in hot water.  It would be a bit more convenient if it was composed of a material which could be quickly heated in the microwave.  The belt is easy to adjust and it also contains compression straps which keep the gel pack firmly in place!  I use this product on a regular basis as it helps relax and relieve the tension in my back at the end of a long day!
