Good backrest

Finally got the right back rest for my car to go with a separate neck pillow I'd already bought. This one's a real back saver.

Great support! It was highly recommended by mu Physical therapist as I was having lower back issues recently. It helps a lot with posture and it is a lot more comfortable on your back

Must have if you have a desk job!!

Mixed review here. I purchased this to use at desk and other seating areas due to my lumbar spine/SI joint problems. It was very insufficient. Very thin.
My husband found it useful to use with an overstuffed reading chair for support. I have purchased or received or was given other Obus Forme products over the years for my back problem. For the price it is less than optimal. Consider some of their other products.

Can't really recommend this but....

I used to have Obus backrest about 20y ago that I liked very much. Unfortunately, the one I bought now is different. It looks the same, but is lighter, cheap fabric, very soft cheap filling. This is specially important for little lumbar Velcro-pillow, it is so soft that it does do anything for lumbar support. I am male (32-34" waist), and the backrest feels very narrow, my shoulder blades impinging on the edge of the backrest. Probably this size should be called narrow and the wide should be regular. Overall, I am disappointed with the present day quality, form, function and fit of the Obus backrest. The shipping was very fast.
