Sent me wrong product and one of the controllers of the product doesn't even work very upset very disappointed been trying to reach out to customer service saying they're texting me no one's emailing me or calling me never ever will I order from this place again and I'm soon going to contact a lawyer

Not happy at all

Ever since he put it on and I did all the required things a parent this VR won't allow him to play games his age on there it keep telling him he is under age but he is not on the app and in real life.  This is the third VR I have purchased and I think at this point they are not a good product to purchase or invest in because you'll have to keep replacing them. On of the controllers is cracked
