I was very disappointed when I put the chair together and come to find out it is NOT a massage chair.

NOT MASSAGING

We've had this chair for a year and it started falling apart a few months ago.
The "leather" started peeling off soon after we got the chair...and the seat had a flaw from day one that we decided not to worry about.
We should have worried about it.
The "leather" isn't even peeling at the flaw...it's peeling off of the back where your lower back sits...so it's not like that "leather" gets much....friction...
This is just a BAD quality chair.
Save your money.

Bad quality.....

Not a massage chair

The Chair is steady and balanced on ground, but I was so disappointed with the cushion, 1)The back and hand rest pads stay deformed after a long seat.  2) There is a strong rubber line that goes across  the width of the lower back, it can be seen and felt, makes seating upright so uncomfortable. You can see the back rest lacks enough cushion.
