We bought this chair for my father-in-law since he was having a lot of back pain. He's elderly and does a lot of sitting so it was a no brainer to get him a good chair to sit in. Well, it's been about 1 month of using the chair and he said that he loves it.  It supports his back and now he has no more back pain. So we are very happy with our choice of this chair!

when i ordered this chair, i was a little scared that quality might be lacking because of the lower price, but i was very pleasantly surprised. when my chair arrived, the box was damaged and part of the chair was exposed. i was a little leery, but figured i'd check it out anyway.  it was simple to assemble and turned out to be even better than i had expected. it was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it.  it's very comfortable and has great back support. i've already recommended this chair to others. great product for the price.

I purchased this chair a few weeks ago and completely satisfied with everything! The thing that was a pleasant surprise was the ease of assembly.

Chair looks very good. It was easy putting together until the last piece. It was hard connecting the back of the chair to the arms.

Nice Chair- Nice Price

Too much lumbar support, unable to utilize entire seat. Tilt control too stiff, even at lowest setting i have to continually exert force to keep chair from returning to upright position. Not structurally sound design, some wobble from the get-go. Fake leather very thin material, must handle with kid gloves. Tilt control knob can't easily be reached from sitting position. I gave it two stars because so far at least the hydraulic piston is working well. With that said, i'll probably give this chair away and try again with a different manufacturer...

Bought this chair for my dad for Xmas owned it less than two weeks. And two of chair legs have broken! I don't recommend this product! I specifically bought it because my dad is tall for its high back backing and 250lb weight limit. Let's just I say in it both times when they broke and I'm 170lbs and 5'7

Poor Quality

Adv in Sams club states this as leather .. but its a bonded leather(which is not leather) and tends to break over a period of time.
