I broke my shoulder and I am not able to have any surgery.  During PT the Dr. had me use one of these shoulder pulleys.  When this arrived he said it was very good.  I've been using it daily.  Why pay a lot for one when this works perfectly.  I recommend it.  It will keep your arms in shape.
