Late review, but received quick exactly what I ordered

walmart.com

Assembly was a little difficult (because of many bent parts )I assume it was from shipping.Hitch pin and clip were missing (which the manufacturer replaced quickly)  Overall after straightening  the cart is very solid. It also arrived a week ahead of schedule.
